What I Did:
The old Halo website was built around old technology and was not updatable without IT support. I recommended migrating the site to Kentico Content Management System to enable the marketing department to update the site easily and when market demands needed it.
The project took 3 months to complete including a review of the information architecture to ensure the new site was more usable than the old one – without going through a costly redesign process. The objective was to migrate the site first to allow content updates to be carried out swiftly.
